These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KdpDeck, operated by Weekend Publisher Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By using KdpDeck, you agree to these Terms.
KdpDeck is an analytics platform that helps self-published authors calculate their TRUE Cost per New Reader (CpNR) by connecting Facebook Ads spend data with Amazon Attribution and KDP sales data. The service is provided via a web application at kdpdeck.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Facebook Ads account and/or Amazon KDP account to use KdpDeck. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
KdpDeck uses Facebook OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts. You agree not to share your account access with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
You agree to use KdpDeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
KdpDeck integrates with Facebook Ads API and Amazon Advertising API. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of those platforms:
We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of KdpDeck.
You retain ownership of all data you connect to or upload to KdpDeck. By using KdpDeck, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the analytics service.
If you opt into our benchmarking program, you grant us permission to include your anonymized performance data in aggregated benchmarks shared with other users.
KdpDeck offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
KdpDeck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics data will be 100% accurate. CpNR calculations are estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekend Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KdpDeck, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The KdpDeck platform, including its design, code, and methodology (including the TRUE CpNR calculation and Ghost Sale Multiplier), is the intellectual property of Weekend Publisher. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
You may stop using KdpDeck at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected].
We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of KdpDeck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
