KdpDeck ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Weekend Publisher Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use KdpDeck.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your accounts to KdpDeck, we collect:

• Facebook Ads data: Ad spend, impressions, clicks, campaign names, ad creative details (images and headlines), and aggregated delivery demographics (the age ranges and genders of audiences your ads were shown to and clicked by — always as aggregate counts, never individual-level data) from your Facebook Ads account. We access this via Facebook's official OAuth and Ads API.
• Amazon Attribution data: Campaign performance data from your Amazon Advertising account, accessed via Amazon's official API.
• KDP Orders data: Sales and page read data that you manually upload from your KDP dashboard.
• Account information: Your Facebook name and user ID, used to identify your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Calculate your TRUE Cost per New Reader (CpNR) metric
• Display ad performance analytics in your dashboard
• Store your analysis history so you can reference past results
• Generate anonymized, aggregated benchmarks (only if you explicitly opt in)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Facebook Account Access

KdpDeck requests read-only access (the ads_read permission) to your Facebook Ads account, used to view your own ad performance data — spend, clicks, impressions, audience, and ad creatives. We cannot create ads, modify or pause campaigns, change budgets, or spend your money. You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.app, a SOC 2 compliant cloud provider. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard HTTPS for all data transmission.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Benchmark Data (Optional)

If you choose to opt into our benchmarking program, your anonymized ad performance data (CpNR, CVR, image style tags, and genre) will be aggregated with data from other authors to generate industry benchmarks. No personally identifiable information is included in benchmarks. You can opt out at any time from within the app.

6. Facebook Data Usage

Our use of data obtained from Facebook APIs complies with the Facebook Platform Policy. Specifically:

• We only request permissions necessary for core app functionality
• We do not use Facebook data to target advertising
• We do not sell Facebook data to data brokers
• Facebook data is used solely to provide the analytics service described in this policy

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent and disconnect your accounts at any time

8. Cookies

KdpDeck uses session cookies solely to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of KdpDeck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
